Josue started his career by helping families in historically underserved areas, connecting them with programs that allowed them to buy with grants and downpayment assistance, and focusing on properties with high appreciation potential. Josue’s passion for helping his clients achieve their real estate dream motivated him to create a standard in an industry that he felt was oftentimes only focused on commissions.

His service, attention to detail, and obsession for learning all facets of the real estate industry allowed him to rank as Chicagoland Top Producer his first year in the business and as a Top 1% Chicagoland agent every year since. In 2021 Josue Duarte founded Duarte Realty Company with the simple goal of expanding his philosophy of putting People First and raising the standard in real estate. His vision is to ensure that his clients get exceptional service and are positioned for success. In 2022 Josue ranked as the #1 Hispanic individual Realtor in Cook County & #16 in the country by NAHREP. He believes in treating his clients like family, putting their needs and goals above his own, and above a commission.

Josue Duarte & Duarte Realty Co. have sold over 1,800 homes in Chicago and suburbs. Under Josue's leadership, Duarte Realty Co. has sold everything from new construction homes, million dollar properties, commercial properties, investment properties, condos, single family homes, new development to everything in between. In 2024 Josue was awarded the Managing Broker of the Year award by the Chicago Association of Realtors recognizing his exceptional commitment to training and building great agents in his brokerage. With close to 1/2 billion dollars in sales, Josue has a vision of expanding Duarte Realty Co's book of business, while providing the highest quality, best results and service in the industry.
